Our own administration doesn't run in a package but in software we built ourselves. A photo of a receipt is enough: supplier, date, amount and VAT are read, checked and booked.
Quotes, invoices, the bank and VAT hang together in one system. Nobody retypes anything.

Why we built it ourselves
Accounting packages assume someone retypes every receipt. We wanted the retyping to disappear altogether, and to decide ourselves how quotes, invoices and the bank talk to each other.

Take a photo of a receipt, pick a few files, or drag in a whole folder.

Read out
AI pulls supplier, date, amounts and VAT out of the document. A receipt that's already in there is recognised and skipped.

Anything in doubt lands in a list to review. Nothing is quietly booked wrong.

The bank statement goes in and payments are matched to the outstanding invoices.

A finalised invoice is fixed. It can no longer be changed; corrections go through a credit note, as they should.

Every document and every bank line gets a digital fingerprint. Reading the same receipt twice, or importing the same statement again, never produces a double entry.

Administrations are separated in the database itself, not only on screen. Even a mistake in a screen can never show another company's figures.

The system runs on our own server and only accepts requests that come in through the secured front door.
