From sitting in to a running system.
Four phases, each with a clear end. After phase two you know exactly what you get and what it costs — only then do you decide whether we continue.
Sitting in
We come by and follow an ordinary working day. Which screens are open, where things get retyped, where the work gets stuck. Without that, any proposal is guesswork.
Design and fixed price
You get a worked-out proposal: what gets built, in what order, and what it costs. A fixed price per phase, no surprise invoicing afterwards.
Building in parts
We deliver in working pieces, starting with the part that pays off most. You see something running every two weeks instead of waiting for one big delivery.
Live and maintained
We host it, monitor it and keep it up to date. You can always extend it — or stop: you take the code and your data with you.
One-off for the build, then a fixed amount per month.
No per-user licences, so it doesn't get more expensive as you grow. What a project costs is in the proposal after phase one — not before, because without having watched the work we'd be guessing. That proposal costs you nothing.
We don't promise percentages
How much time a system saves depends on your process. We say up front what we think is realistic, and measure it together afterwards. No return guarantees nobody can keep.
Your data and your code stay yours
Everything runs on European servers, or on your own. We don't train models on it. If you stop, you get the source code and an export — no hostage-taking.
We also say no
If an existing package solves it better and cheaper than what we'd build, we say so in the first conversation. That costs us a job and saves you tens of thousands.
First, let's see whether it fits.
Half an hour, no obligation. Mostly we ask questions about how the work runs today. If it fits, we come in for phase one. If it doesn't, we say so right away.
